Bell founded the High Voltage Music Program. She has always loved music and the arts. In her free time, she has volunteered for numerous San Antonio non-profit organizations, including serving as the booking manager for an annual fundraiser for the community arts center, San Anto Cultural Arts.
Rebecca Bazadoni

Rebecca is a North Texas State University graduate with a B.A. in Communication and Business Marketing. Over the past 25 years, she has served many roles in the non-profit sector, including event planning and grant writing. Rebecca is the Executive Director at Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Laredo.
Jeff Smith
Treasurer
Jeff Smith is a San Antonio and Austin musician best known for his infamous ‘Cowpunk’ band, the Hickoids. Jeff offers High Voltage the ultimate support by donating office and practice space, running sound, facilitating fundraising events, and transportation. Jeff owns Saustex Records & Media and regularly creates and manages several annual events, including the renowned Austin Corn Lovers Fiesta. Recently he opened The Corn Pound, a multiplex of businesses including a recording studio, practice space, and retail stores.
Becca Najera
Secretary
Becca Najera is the Assistant Director of Empower House SA (formerly the Martinez Street Women’s Center), where she has served as the organization’s backbone for over 19 years. Becca’s passion for social justice and advocacy is evident in her efforts to promote community health while remaining focused on youth education and development. As an arts educator for youth, Becca was named the Mc Nay Docent Council Educator of the Year. When not hard at work, Becca can be found expressing her talents and wowing crowds with her band, And They’re Deadly.
Irma Claudio
Parliamentarian
Irma has served as a legal assistant for the law firm Harrison & Duncan since 2017. She studied criminal justice and paralegal studies before joining the law firm. As an avid music connoisseur, Irma is known to travel far and wide in support of her favorite musicians.
